  • Charging Orders

    Hi

I note the coalition goverment were going to ban charging orders on debts of £25K or less.

Does anyone know the latest position on this and when or if it becomes binding.

Assuming that happens be prepared to see a sharp rise in statutory demands being served.

Think I'd rather have a charging order than a statutory demand.....

the government has already given out a warning to the financial industry in that they should only be given as a last resort furthermore mbna was after a CO in my case but did not get it
If you think nobody cares if you're alive, try missing a couple of payments.
