  • Is my agreement enforcable?

    I have debts on credit cards can anyone advise me if the paperwork looks like the creditor is trying to blag it.

        The prescribed terms are on the document and it appears to be signed by you? and stamped by them. Cant see anything esle wrong with it either, correct heading/Right to cancel etc etc.

        In my opinion tha means its probably enforceable.

        What I will say is it looks like its a copy of a microfiche rather than a copy of a paper document.

        Are you checking due to financial problems?
