  • Dodgy Default notice!!

Hi all.I am attending court for a summary judgement hearing.I have been looking at the de-fault notice i was issued with. The account number is not mine, and the notice demands payment in full with no mention of arrears! The strange thing is the DCA has provided a mock up of the original only mentioning the arrears and putting the correct account number on,they have either lost the original or the original was defective! The latter i think! What do i say in court?Help would be most appreciated. Thanks dubs.

You will need to provide a lot more background info to get advice. can you do this with a timeline of events?
