    looking at the sticky thread CCA case recent judgments for reference http://www.bailii.org/ew/cases/EWHC/QB/2009/3417.html

    (4) If an agreement has been varied by the creditor under a unilateral power of variation, the creditor must still provide a copy of the original agreement , as well as the varied terms;

    looking through the judgement I found this looking at the section of CCA it refers to section 82 would this include changes in interest rate etc and mean that in effect they still have to produce the original in most cases ?

    Basically yes and it MUST contain the address from when the agreement was entered into..
