Advice please (Amex)

My Amex account was passed to a DCA a few weeks ago and I sent off a CCA request. I have been sent a sheet which in no way resembles an agreement but it's a printout of an online application. Obviously I applied for the card online, is this going to be sufficient for it to be enforceable. I cannot remember if they posted something else for me to sign. It was early 2007. Can you advise?

Hiya, Can you tell me which dca you applied to please? The reason I ask is because I have applied for 3 ccas regarding amex cards & haven't received anything back either...... ....

Is this an Amex credit card or charge card?

Under Statutory Instrument 2004 No. 3236: The Consumer Credit Act 1974 (Electronic Communications) Order, online applications are completely acceptable for enforcement action.
