  • Overdue CCA Request?

Hi, just wonder what I should do now? I sent off a CCA request to a DCA on 9th June and they sent me an acknowledement on 11th June just to say they were requesting it (debt is over 12 years old). As yet, I have received nothing else and obviously it's over 12+2 days so can I write to them again yet? Do I need to wait for the 30 days? Thanks.

When was the last time you made any payment for this account
or when was the last time you entered into correspondance about it, beside your cca request.

I've been paying it every month for many years.

If they have not complied with your request in the 14 day time frame they are in default send them an account in dispute letter.

Once the time is up (12 + 2) you can stop paying them

Have a read of the CCA guide (link in my signature)
