    Is this a valid CCA agreement

    Hi,

    is this a valid CCA agreement, it was sent to me by a DC. To me unless I’m missing it I can’t see terms and conditions etc. it just seems to contain information regarding interest and APR rates.

    Welcome to LB

    When you took out the account (around 2020) they would of provided full terms
    and conditions. The agreement is missing information on your credit limit.

    There's other documentation that they would need to enforce the agreement i.e. default notice, letter of assignment etc.
