How do I know if I have been provided with the correct CCA

Hi all,

I'm after some advice please, I requested a CCA for a debt I had with Barclaycard that has been transferred to PRA Group. Can someone confirm that what I have been sent is in fact a CCA for the debt?

Also am I allowed to post the CCA on here?

Is it 'Reconstituted' Agreement? Have they told you that?

Thank you for the reply. The account was opened in August 2015.

Is it a reconstituted agreement. The letter accompanying the agreement is dated 18th December 2020.

All of the terms and conditions are shown but there is nothing in the agreement with my details on.

Agreement can be reconstituted, i.e. a template can be populated with data from various sources, so doesn't have to be a original true copy.

It sounds like a 'reconstituted' agreement. Why is the date of importance?

Even if it is a 'reconstituted' agreement, it should have your name and address on it.

Apologies I have just been through the 34 pages again and I have found my name and address in the agreement so it all looks fine now, it was buried on page 24.
