CCA Request - this what i received. can i argue against this?

i submitted a CCA request and received the following. What basis can i argue against this?
to me what they sent looks illegible. any advice would be greatly appreciate. i apologise, i tried to scribble out personal info as best as possible.

they by the looks of this have issued unenforceable CCA as per regulation, therefore do not chase them they know the rules, they do try it on, will not be the end of the matter but next move theirs. sit on your hands until you hear anything!

Has to be clear and concise an argument if court case

has to contain all the needed information a solicitor (who knows CCAs ) but of courts not legible no one can tell, DO NOT GET INTO ARGUMENT they fail so do not tell them would show your weakness sit on hands and see what they do next

They came back after I didn't respond to their CCA. offered me a discount to pay. What does this imply

I would say that they know they cannot recover but hope you do not and are trying to recover something
