Hello everyone, I have been reading the forum with interest over the last few months. I have received a reconstituted CCA from PRA regarding an alleged Barclaycard debt . It took around 2 months to receive the CCA. I was hoping one of the knowledgeable forum members might be able to to take a quick look at it for me and tell me if they think it is enforceable? I don't know enough about these things, but I suspect it's not. One thing I noticed is the alleged debt is from 2007, but the mish mashed t&cs they have provided show a date in 2008, (not an official date but one of those automatic "printer" type dates at the top of the pages. I also noticed the amount of credit is not specified, instead saying they will decide when card is received, (not sure if this is allowed). If anyone could take a look for me and maybe advise the best way to upload the document I'd be very grateful. Many thanks!
