Hi all,
I wonder if you can advise me please? I've been paying robinson way £20 a month for years on an old credit card debt that will never be paid off, the debt is that old it's no longer on my credit file and my credit report is now excellent and I have no issues getting credit, this debt has recently been passed to idem servicing and I've recently sent them a CCA request hoping to finally be rid of thus debt, the have sent me a statement today going back a year with my payments to Robinson wY on it, surely this isn't a CCA? Can anybody advise me on my next move? Thank you
