  • Black Horse CCA for loan agreement

I have CCA'd Balck horse for an unsecured loan i took out in 2007. I hadn't heard anythign until yesterday. I received a letter from LLoyds TSB saying "thanks for your complaint, we have passed it onto our specialist team that deal with these complaints and we will respond within 4 weeks"

I don't think there is a problem with this being compliant, i only CCA's them as I am CCA'ign all my accounts to ensure all is as it should be

However they also sent me notification that they are defaulting me as my payments are not beignmade in full or on time as we are now in a DMP.

Any thoughts/advice on what I should do??
