Why do they always quote this part of CCA:

Thje provision of the "true copy" in this form is made in reliance of Regulations 3(2) and 7(1) (b) of the Consumer Credit (Cancellation Notices and Copies of Documents) Regulations 1983. particularly 3(2) which permits the copy agreement not to show the signatures or personal details that may have appeared on the application part of the document. There is no statutory requirement under the Act for us to ever give a copy to a customer with a suignature on it.

While this is indeed true it doesn't mean they can remove or otherwise supply a document lacking the prescribed terms, as this one is !!!

They are complete idiots.

Yes they have complied with s78, we aren't questioning that, just the fact the documentation is complete carp as ever

Have sent the letter 1st class recorded today, so no doubt i'll get a "get stuff we are in the right" letter back in about 3 weeks time!!

Well I haven't rceieved a response to my letter, but i have receieved a letter informing me that I haven't made any payments and i need to.

Any ideas what i do next, as hey are clearly ignoring the fact that I have rasied a formal dispute???

What do I need to send TS, is it similar to a FOS complaint (haven't done that with Style one yet)

I guess eventually they will default me (even tho they shouldn't if the account is in dispute) and send the account onto a DCA???

have had their final response - it told me to be a good girl and star making payments because they are right and i am wrong.

is it worth doing anything with (i.e. sending to FOS) or shall I just stick their letter in my filing cabinet and wait till they make their next move??

Ok. I'll let FOS finish with the other complaints against Cap 1 and TC before i hit them with this one!!!

Do i need to send Style anything in response to them keep demanding payments?

Or just ignore them and wait for them to sell the debt on???
