    Can forget all the above now, have settled and paid then £145, as I was informed that the Court will decide on the Law of Probabilities, and the small people almost always never win, so held my nose and came to an arrangement to avoid a CCJ.

      Hi* when a section 75 is raised to a credit card company as part of the investigation do the credit card company contact the suppliers, in this instance the supplier is a stock market company in Europe.*
