    I've heard/read somewhere of 'sanctions' for creditors who break the CCA, has anyone come across these?

      oops

      by way of when requesting copies of statements & agreements - section 77, we originally asked back in 2017, they ignored it and we forgot about it, till a few days ago......

            The sanction for non compliance with s77 and 78 is the agreement cannot be enforced.

              Next agreements are normally running account credit agreements, so s78 is applicable, not s77.
