hi there x can sum1 plz help me with a current account that my husband holds with a catalogue company? well he actually ordered from the company awhile ago and although this account is very much in credit my husband no longer uses it but i do. can sum1 tell me if this is fraud? my husband no's all about it n if it is fraud how do i go about changing the name of the account in2 mine? any help wud be appreciated xx

The simplest thing surely is to use up the credit on your husband's account by him ordering the items for you, then open an account in your own name.

Or ask you husband to phone the catalogue company and ask if they can transfer the account into your name.
