Can't receive my order

Does anyone know if I can cancel my order from Studio Catalogue?

I ordered them for almost 1 week but I still don't receive my order.

There are some sellers who do not want to cancel customer orders. But I saw on google that once the order is already submitted, you will not be able to change the details. Read here https://www.finance.co.uk/who-we-com...-24-catalogue/

I had similar but witch Damart. Told on the phone I could not cancel as order was being prepared but I could always refuse delivery! Delivery via Hermes , who in our area use individuals with cars. In the end the item's were ok but if I did have to return would have to go to the post office and pay for postage! Seems Studio use a similar method, based in the same areas so possibly linked. Using Amazon from now on!
