Don't forget that all the courier companies are well over stretched at this time of year, yes, yes they do take on extra drivers but they are inexperienced mostly and can't get around as quick as the others, so please be patient.

get your cards and presents off as soon as possible

since royal mail did these delivery office revisions, royal mail has not the staff to cope as the delivery spans have been optimised. they have not taken into consideration things like the christmas period

i have done a link to the bristol office but its happening all over they country and the royal mail propoganda stating its an elevated staff sickness problem is pure crap
