Good Afternoon,

I'm going to be digging out my statements to claim back paid referral charges from my account. If I manage to find my statements what is the next step to claiming back charges from my account please?

I've just sent the SAR (with £10) to Barclays to get my statements for the last 6 years, we'll see how that goes!

Hi Jo,
Keep your eye on the calander too, Barclay's tend to lose theirs and think they can send your info when they please. Enaid x

They have to legally provide me with the information within 40 days of them receiving the SAR, is that correct?
