  • Why V Barclays (you win in the end)

    Hi all,
Started a claim in August 2006 for £4265 and barclays paid up in February this year (a month before my court date) with a total of £5125.60 i didnt have any problems with my claim apart from barclays cancelling my overdraft, all standing orders and direct debits going from my account.

Im going to start reclaiming charges from September 2006, i think there is about £900 to come from that.

DPA to go off sometime this week

    Will keep you posted.
