  • NatWest Blitzkreig- Part One- Franchise profit 2007

I said i would give some exclusive to legal-beagles and so day 1 is this beautiful gem. NatWest Bank targets branches for the number of refunds it gives. Effectively if you are close to your budget you decline all refunds either Gesture of Goodwills and others. This does not affect the claims which are dealt with through Customer Relations Unit. The bank is targetting branches to increase income by 10% in the first half of the year. That means controlling stationery budgets, refunded fees, and PLP. The branch can get up to £600 per quarter in vouchers if they hit their targets. This is on top of any bonus that they may have achieved with regards to sales. With regards to refunds the bank want you to make sure that it is a bank error or they will decline it. Some of the tips we are encouraged to do is possibly negotiate with a customer for say 50% of the charges being refunded. The bank manager can only refund up to £50 in the branches.

NatWest beware I will be posting something more damning tomorrow.

OMG I would sooooooooo love to know which dept. you work in, Lol Lol xxxx

Fantastic, incredibly interesting nuggets of info Nattie. Keep em coming. Personally Im riveted to this thread now. Fendy xxxx
Natwest Round 1 - Won £16,080 after 6 month battle
Abbey Round 1 - Won £5,580 after 5 month battle :okay:
Capital 1 Credit Card - Won £1230 in 2 months
Capital 1 Cred Card for Hubby - Won £1560 in 2 months
Abbey MBNA Credit Card - Won £2210 in 3 months
Halifax Credit Card - Won £1680 in 2 months

THE WAY FORWARD ON THESE CLAIMS, IS TO STAY POSITIVE, FOCUSED AND PATIENT, AND ALWAYS, ALWAYS BELIEVE ITS WORTH THE EFFORT, BECAUSE IT TRULY IS. WHY CHOOSE THE PATH OF LEAST RESISTANCE WHEN THERES NOTHING TO LEARN FROM THAT. THINK OF CLAIMING AS A PERSONAL CHALLENGE AND GIVE IT YOUR ALL.

    Now Gunning for
    Natwest round 2
    Abbey Round 2
    Yorkshire Bank round 1
    A further £6000 to come back from above 3 when I win.

of course i did, but tomorrow will be a lovely read and something that is not on any other charges site. It is mentioned as a response but is not actually on any site in its full context. Tomorrow it will be open. And Monday is another beautiful post, and Tuesday will be even better.

Hey Nattie.....the more I read of your posts....the more you sound like my Nutwest manager and my friend from school who works for nutwest here in essex.....lol
They both speak openly about how they think the charges suck.....lol
I often get asked how the claims going.....usually with a big grin....lol
