I think the only difference is in the name of the Bank. Incidently, short of the defence from Natwest (Cobblers), this is the first communication I've EVER received from them since my prelim went lol

Me have one too :lalala: from HBOS, saying same thing. I think I'll write back and let them know that the interest is STILL accrueing interest at compounded rates, and that I've now added the PENALTIES which they've levied in the period the OFT case has been stalling matters/proceeding :rolleyes2:
