Quickie update. AQ received today - so I've decided (after some great advice) to fill in the AQ, send them the draft allocations order and apply to have the claim struck out as an abuse of process.

Bit aggressive I know, but nothing ventured............ nothing gained!!! Would be nice to out-cobbett the cobbetts an' all!

Fingers crossed that the judge sees in my favour. If he/she doesn't - looks like the long haul!!!

Oh double b*gger pants Hedgey. You got an AQ and I never did. No fair hun. No fair......................... sock it to em Hedge. You know the procedure, go for the throat............... Fendy xxxx

Aaaaaaw everybody, Hedgeys here. Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay !!!!!
Natwest Round 1 - Won £16,080 after 6 month battle
Abbey Round 1 - Won £5,580 after 5 month battle :okay:
Capital 1 Credit Card - Won £1230 in 2 months
Capital 1 Cred Card for Hubby - Won £1560 in 2 months
Abbey MBNA Credit Card - Won £2210 in 3 months
Halifax Credit Card - Won £1680 in 2 months

THE WAY FORWARD ON THESE CLAIMS, IS TO STAY POSITIVE, FOCUSED AND PATIENT, AND ALWAYS, ALWAYS BELIEVE ITS WORTH THE EFFORT, BECAUSE IT TRULY IS. WHY CHOOSE THE PATH OF LEAST RESISTANCE WHEN THERES NOTHING TO LEARN FROM THAT. THINK OF CLAIMING AS A PERSONAL CHALLENGE AND GIVE IT YOUR ALL.

      Now Gunning for
      Natwest round 2
      Abbey Round 2
      Yorkshire Bank round 1
      A further £6000 to come back from above 3 when I win.

hedgey i cant believe that i hadnt subscibed to ur thread here!!
just to say my defence was the same as urs.i added a case law into me bundle for the pre 6yr thing with the rest of my stuff so they cant get out of it! its just cos they take so flipping long dealing with the claim that it means the dat u started ur charges at was b4 the 6yrs.its their fault for being so slow! but there are laws to show claiming past the 6 yrs so dont worry!
and hopefully the judge will go with ur draft orders for ur AQ.have u handed it in yet?
dont let them get u down babe .i know how u feel cos theyre messing me about too.just keep at them.the courts in birmingham are giving out dates for hearings that are really soon i got one the other day for next week!!!!
keep ur chim up we're all here for you.dont sit in silence stewing come on here and let off a bit of steam!

Awww archer, thanks babe. I can't tell you how much I needed to hear the above, I feel like absolute cr*p at the moment with work and home. I've got until 3rd July (not long!) to get everything in now, so I'm gonna do it this weekend. I haven't got a minute to live at the moment if you know what I mean, cos my line manager's a complete anus-hole (trying really hard not to swear!) and I'm literally working from morning till night. Totally pees me off that about two thirds of the peeps who work for the council are lazy, useless, pen-pushing eejits with their beady eyes on their pensions, and the other third (including moi) run about like blue-a*sed flies from morning till night trying to get things done. God I need a new job!!! But I'll deffo get onto it first thing Saturday morning, and I'll post it on here so you can see what you think before I hand it in.

                      Thanks again hun, hedgey xxxxx
