credit card charges, what have they been historically as far back as you can go and when was the 10 quid charge brought in if the DD was bounced for your credit card.

Unarranged borrowing: can anyone confirm the rate as at 2004, ie was is at 2.19% per month? If yes i can sort the last few bits out which will help the contractual rate guys and gals out.

Unarranged borrowing was 2.455% per month - effective annual rate 33.7%

Hope that helps Nattie, Hedgey xxx

Hedgey you are a star, you have just confirmed the information i have, thank you.
So credit card claimants come out of the woodwork.

With regards to bank claims can anyone tell me how far they believe is reasonable to go back. I have seen a date of 1968 from one claimant. So reasonable people, how far back will you likely want to go back to?

Hmmm............ I'm hoping to go back to 1991 with mum & dad's claim and back to 1994 with my own (cos that's when I opened the account!!!). It's difficult to say how far back 'reasonable' is though................. 15 years????? xx

WHY CHOOSE THE PATH OF LEAST RESISTANCE WHEN THERES NOTHING TO LEARN FROM THAT. THINK OF CLAIMING AS A PERSONAL CHALLENGE AND GIVE IT YOUR ALL.

Wow I like the sound of that Nattie. Big time.................... although I would hate for anybody to think I want to persecute the banks. I always maintain, had they charged me a fair price for bouncing cheques etc. I would have paid it gladly knowing I had gone over my limit etc. But its the unfairness of it, and the profiteering from peoples genuine hardships that rattles me. I think a fair price would be somewhere between £1 and £3, ok nobody wants a charge at all, but that to me would have been fair. whatever it genuinely costs them to bounce a cheque etc. would be a fair price to pay, but the amounts theyve charged over the years, to me, is just absolutely sinful beyond belief. They have to appreciate there are peoples lives they have ruined. Im ok, luckily, but many are not, and its those people I feel so sorry for. To be put through the mill largely because of a banks injustice and unfairness towards a human being is just plain wrong. Anyway, will step off meeee soap box now, Lol Lol xxx

One week of pure hell coming up for natwest, i have decided to get rid of some information on a daily basis in the 7 days leading up to the 1 year annivarsary of when i joined the fight. So i need more information on unarranged borrowing from septembet 2004
I want info on credit card info since 2000 and prior to it up to today and that includes the £10 admin fee when a dd is bounced which stops a payment going to your card account. This week is officially blitzkreig week.
