    Spreadsheet done today, Prelim goes tomorrow along with a request for the T&C's from when she opened the account. Total claim + interest around the £700 mark.

        OK.. I've decided to leave this one for the time being, it's not in court yet and I see no point spending £50 when I know it'll be stayed. There are no old charges, so I have plenty of time (oldest charge is 2005). Will submit to court when we know the outcome of the test case, if I need to.
