You have two ways of filing at court. Either through money claim online or through your local court by issuing N1 form. I personally found MCOL quicker and easier to do from the comfort of my sofa, but do whichever is best for you. If you need help with particulars of claim or anything, then just pop back and ask and there always lots of us here to help you with anything you may need to ask. We can always point you in the right direct.
Fendy xxxxxNatwest Round 1 - Won £16,080 after 6 month battle
Abbey Round 1 - Won £5,580 after 5 month battle :okay:
Capital 1 Credit Card - Won £1230 in 2 months
Capital 1 Cred Card for Hubby - Won £1560 in 2 months
Abbey MBNA Credit Card - Won £2210 in 3 months
Halifax Credit Card - Won £1680 in 2 months
THE WAY FORWARD ON THESE CLAIMS, IS TO STAY POSITIVE, FOCUSED AND PATIENT, AND ALWAYS, ALWAYS BELIEVE ITS WORTH THE EFFORT, BECAUSE IT TRULY IS. WHY CHOOSE THE PATH OF LEAST RESISTANCE WHEN THERES NOTHING TO LEARN FROM THAT. THINK OF CLAIMING AS A PERSONAL CHALLENGE AND GIVE IT YOUR ALL.
Now Gunning for
Natwest round 2
Abbey Round 2
Yorkshire Bank round 1
A further £6000 to come back from above 3 when I win.

Hi Flangies,
Hope you have been having a good read, as Fendy has said above you now need to file your claim at the courts. This is done using the MCOL (Moneyclaim On Line) service or using the Hard Copy N1 form, and handing this into your local court.
The choice is down to personal preferance, MCOL can be completed from the comfort of Fendy's sofa if you so wish ( lol), though some prefer the N1 as it offers more space for a detailed particulars of claim.
There are guides for the MCOL here:-
http://www.legal-beagles.co.uk/forum...line-mcol.html
And the N1 here:-

Very best of luck (though luck is not needed), and keep us posted.

Hello Bitingback, I havent been on the site for while and it was a nice surprise to see a message from you, I have had a good read and have had a second fob off letter we are investigating your complaint etc, so i sent them a letter saying I wasnt complaining and gave them a further 7 days notice or take to court, the 7th day was up today so now I am going to start the court process, have registered on MCOL and am going to put my first claim in for £5,000, followed by 2 further claims, my full claim is for £11,000 ish. Do you know if Abbey will more than likely offer me a smaller payment? reading others on the site I see this is there thing! if this is the case, I will be applying my second case immediatley afterwards is this best? I will be refusing the offer from the first 5,000... this is how I do it isnt it??
