Feeling very nervous awaiting reply following LBA. Claiming for £11,000 so expecting to prepare for court, only problem is I live in Scotland. Any thoughts on using my sisters address in London to go to court?

    Hi Johnster,

Good idea to use you sisters address. I have experiance of the Halifax Bos, I doubt very much if you will get much of a response to your LBA. I have filed 3 claims against them and all needed the final push of the claim going to court. They filed a defence each time but then paid out in full a week or so before the court date.

    Good Luck,
    Hod..Liam..

I think with a claim of £11k using a London address may be a wise move... i have no understanding of Scottish courts anyway..lol
