Hi all, I am new to the site but thought I would start a thread to discuss my own case with HBoS.
Rather than the initial DPA letter I telephoned them for my statements to be sent - this was in February. I was unsure at the time there should have been time limits. I asked for details on two accounts. I received both but strangely enough I recd a letter today saying the statements would be with me soon
After recg the statements and going through them my charges were over £5,000 so I sent off the LBA which they replied to saying Get Stuffed basically.
On the 15th after sending the LBA I filed at my local court at a cost of £250. The file was deemed served on June 2nd but today 13th June I have heard absolutely nothing yet.
I did phone the bank last week but did not even know I had gone to court. I will leave it up to them now in the hope they miss it and I can go back to court for Judgement.
