ammended letters

I need to send a preliminary request letter to Abbey. Does anyone know if the one on here needs to be, has been or is being ammended dur to the court decision last week.

But it is in the process of being amended to take into account the Judgement

Best thing is to post your draft here when you have done it and ask for comments before you send it. (Take personal details out first though)
