      Cheers Pkea, they sent me three bundles of paperwork. There are lots of codes that they have supplied the meaning for, others though I can't make head nor tail of. I will keep trawling through the paperwork, I am sure everything is in there somewhere.

                  For a start the codes I know for charges.

                  72D.............Failed direct debit charge.
                  80D.............Stopped cheque fee.
                  81D.............Special presentation fee.
                  82D.............Branch posted fee.
                  83D.............Copy cheque fee.
                  84D.............penalty charge when balance is less than £250 (no longer applies)
                  85D.............penalty charge when balance is less than £50 in a quarter.
                  86D.............Fee for returned unpaid cheque.
                  94D.............Monthly cardcash account charges.
                  95D.............Charge for asset reserve cheque(ARCA) cheques for under £200
                  96D.............Charge for more than 30 (ARCA) cheques.
                  97D.............Charge for a cheque creating a debit balance.
                  98D.............Charge for a cheque that has been represented.
                  99D.............Charge for faileddirect debit/standing order.

                  Those are the ones I know, the next list will be guess the charges code.:tinysmile_aha_t:

                  Other codes without explaination of what they are for.

                  19D............this was always for £22
                  15D............this was always for £50
                  20D............Usually £20

                  and there's more.
