    Just got monthly statement through with £60 charges to be applied to account on 29th for going £11 over limit for 2 days (£35 unauthorised overdraft request & £25 over limit monthly fee).
    Rang them up and asked if they could waive the charges, the computer said yes:clap2:.
    Admittedly We haven't had many charges with Abbey and this is the second time they have waived charges.
