I'm getting sick of waiting now, but at least I know that there is only just over 2 weeks to go, Trouble is if the settle right near the end then what do i do about the hearing? I don't want to stop it until I actually have the money, so what do I do if I am still waiting for the cheque to clear?

Ok, so now, next question, statements and copies of all letters in the bundle yes?

I think you only need the statements with actual charges on Delta, all letters, emails etc, 3 of, what a ball ache. Have you got you T&C's?
If you get settlement you ask the court to have a stay i think it is till your dosh is in yer mitts lol Enaidx

It list's everything you will need to have in your court bundle and why it needs to be there. I'm just starting to gather all the information myself.....coz I just know I'm gonna have to go down that route with mine

two copies of the court bundle done, been at it since 5.30 this morning, haven't done my copy as I have run out of paper!

Going to get some more paper tomorrow, get Cobbler's copy in the post, and then Tuesday will take the court copy up to court.

Well done Delta, it's just a shame you have to do all that for nothing.
I have to do it myself this week for monument, then prob next week for Barclaycard, what a waste of time effort and money.

I know, it's a bummer, gone through one full cartridge for my printer (and the cheapest I have found is £15 at Asda.... flamin Lexmark!), dug out two folders so far, and I bet the cheque comes on Wednesday after they have been delivered!

Gonna hang fire with printing my copy out, have got the letters etc, but will hang on with the SOGA and such like, don't want to waste a third lot of paper if I don't have to.

I is knacked now!
