Ooooh Delta Hun. Chill out.............. make the waiting pay dividens. Read up and learn. I did. I used the time to see what other peeps had done tactically etc. Dont worry, the money will be yours again soon. You just gotta be patient. I know its difficult, but the smile at the end of it all will be soooooooooo worth it. Fendy xxxx

Ooooh I won Abbey today too. xxxx Lol xx 5.5K. xxx
Natwest Round 1 - Won £16,080 after 6 month battle
Abbey Round 1 - Won £5,580 after 5 month battle :okay:
Capital 1 Credit Card - Won £1230 in 2 months
Capital 1 Cred Card for Hubby - Won £1560 in 2 months
Abbey MBNA Credit Card - Won £2210 in 3 months
Halifax Credit Card - Won £1680 in 2 months

THE WAY FORWARD ON THESE CLAIMS, IS TO STAY POSITIVE, FOCUSED AND PATIENT, AND ALWAYS, ALWAYS BELIEVE ITS WORTH THE EFFORT, BECAUSE IT TRULY IS. WHY CHOOSE THE PATH OF LEAST RESISTANCE WHEN THERES NOTHING TO LEARN FROM THAT. THINK OF CLAIMING AS A PERSONAL CHALLENGE AND GIVE IT YOUR ALL.

    Now Gunning for
    Natwest round 2
    Abbey Round 2
    Yorkshire Bank round 1
    A further £6000 to come back from above 3 when I win.

I don't know who is dealing with it, the only signatures that I have seen is Lynsey's.

Can't remember who I spoke to the other day, didn't think quick enough to write a name down!

Yep, I got one of them and duly filled it in and coughed up my £100 (had to sell a load of stuff on Ebay for that!) Stupid isn't it, I had to use my child benefit to initially claim and sell my belongings to pay for the AQ, and them....... they got theirs in the day after the deadline!

              Hmmm

Typical!!! Strikes me as totally nutty the way the courts allow them so much leeway. It's as though they're holier than thou................ except they never blo*dy win - so that's in our favour!!!!!! Did you send the draft order for directions with your AQ???? xxxxxxxx

Yup, the one that was over t'road, didnt know about the strike out for abuse of courts time then. Can't for the life of me remember exactly what it said, and to be honest can't really be bothered getting up and digging it out of the filing cabinet, but I am sure you know which one I mean.

It's getting late now and I want my bed, just gonna finish my drink then up I go (didn't get to be till gone 1 this morning and some dopey idiot didn't cancel his alarm that was set for 6am! and I had to be up at 7 anyway, so I is very pooped)

You will find Delta, that even though the defence may be signed by Lynsey Burgoyne, they then hand it over to one of the smaller minions, i.e. a paralegal to deal with. Lynsey doesnt handle many cases herself. I had that from the horses mouth AM at Cobbetts. She signs the acknowledgement of service but she doesnt actually do the defending. One of the paralegals will. Im sure you will out which one in due course. Hope for AM because she is very reasonable and fair.................... so I found anyway............ Fendy xxxx

Ok then, 3 weeks today I am in court with Nastywest, haven't heard a dicky bird from them, so I guess it's time to start getting my court bundle together, so guess what I am doing this weekend!

Does anyone reckon its worth giving Cobblers a prod, or just leave them to it? cos I really don't fancy the idea of copying all those statements!

I did it with Barclays, I was told that cases with an earlier court date had priority which makes sense.
I think I would try though Delta can't do any harm can it. I think fendy will have email addys on her thread somewhere.
