Both ends? Is it something you have eaten?
Make sure you get plenty fluids ie water, if you have been in the sun too long, that can make you sick etc.

They will Delta. Its too early. I would wait till 2 to 3 weeks before court date, then try again. They only play ball once its getting close to the court date. Honest. Fendy xxxx in the meantime, they are happy to drag it out and make you wait the longest possible time. Just the way they work it seems. Fendy xxxx

Hi Delta.....Try writing to Cobbetts and natwest asking for clarification....
Put something about what the natwest staff said about it will have to go to court after you declined offer.....
Then ask if they are unwilling to attempt to settle out of court......
At least that way you can show judge you were willing to try......especially if they decide to settle just before 7th August......would open up 'wasted time' claim and get the judge on your side.....???
I like to do things by making it look like I tried everything before court.......Usually makes you look like angel in the judges eye's......lol

Well I decided to phone Cobbetts again yesterday, they have passed the details of my offering to settle on to NutWest (shame about that, I gave them 7 days to repond and that's well and truly up!), they are still waiting to hear from Natwest with regard to what they want to do.

The nice lady that I spoke did comment on the fact that when it came to NW the left hand has never met the right hand! (this was in response to me saying that I had spoken to Customer Relations and that they know nothing when I have rejected initial offer)

So back to waiting again, oh well just under 6 weeks till court. Could really really do with the money at the moment though
