I still use letters if needed, but can't hurt to chat to them by phone as well.....
Just don't believe everything they tell you.....
I had some bank staff not making notes on system apparently.....then they can deny talking to you at all.......lol

I GOT MY OFFER LETTER TODAY, got home and there it was. Usual blah blah nonsense with the full offer on the second page. Do you reckon they put the offer on the second page in the hope that we'll think its the usual drivel then bin it before we get to the good bit, never reply and save Nuttywest stacks of money? lol.
Haven't had the letter for second account but I know its on the way.
Am going to ring tomorrow to see if they'll up my overdraft on the strength of their offer so I've got some dosh for holidays. They've told me it could take 14 working days to get into account......
Am off to catch last post at sorting office, see ya laters....
