Hello Dear one and all,
Was doing some more clearing out at the house and come across this letter from the bank that my partner had in 2009.
It appears she did complain and try to claim bank charges and fees and they refused..
Is there anything we can now do as I believe at the time it was all going through courts, all claims were on hold.
