Capquest have been calling the usual silent calls then hang up type.

Any way have told them that she does not live here, it's not a lie as she moved out a couple of months ago.

Should I send a letter to them saying all communication should be in writing C/O my address as this is the address they have. Or should I just ignore them

well received another call from Capquest, and after them saying they would remove my number from their records. They need to speak to my daughter urgently ( I bet they do)

The CCA request was sent to Eos solutions august 5th 2007.

What is the best way forward with this as it keeps getting passed on to a new DCA ?
