Right, thought I better make a start on this one, so rather than sending a SAR, I called customer services on 0845 7 20 30 40 and asked them for all my statement since Oct 06 (when I last filed a claim in court with them) and they're sending them for a fiver's charge. I have most of these statements online, but I thought it'll be easier for later if I have the original copies....plus I'm lazy to work it out online and my printer is dead so I can't print them either.
