Proving constructive dismissal is not easy mate.......
You really need a watertight case.
I know from experience, that witnesses for the company, suddenly appear out of the brickwork.
I don't want to be responsible for advising you incorrectly.
It's very difficult in that I am not there to pick up on certain things personally.
So the decision must rest with you.
