      Prelim October, LBA November,

MCOL November, received defence almost immediately.
Court ordered me to reply to CPR 18.

Received cheque for £9.5k end of February.
They did leave off the pre 6 year charges, but I needed the dosh.
I’ll chase that later if I can!

After they paid up I received a letter from the Court,
        "IT IS ORDERED THAT
There be disclosure by 29th March 2007 and request for inspection by 5th April 2007."

With a Court date of 22nd May!

Started part 2 of 1st claim for £130 that they helped themselves to whist waiting for them to pay up!
For some reason they're taking ages to pay up, Might have to File a MCOL! seems a total waste of time and money!

Apparently, this money has been sat in my account since last Wednesday, and I didn't know! Anyway, that means I won part 2.
            Practise makes perfect!

              Nice one Peed. Congratulations.
"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )
