Re: scottishlass/abbey
Well to be honest I have never known anyone personally go through the FOS for bank charges. I have known them go for PPI and it took an absolute age.
I'll have a scout round and if your not in any hurry wait for someone in the know on this to give you some help.

Re: scottishlass/abbey
I'm not sure, but i think you may just get a rejection letter from the FOS with this SL.
I see no one has replied, so hang fire while i find out if you are wasting your time and effort on this.
You may be as well just getting into the system up to the court bit, if you know what i mean.

Re: scottishlass/abbey
OK SL I have asked for you, the feeling is, if you are claiming and can prove severe hardship then the FOS will do fine. If not, then it will be no quicker, or any easier going that way than the court route.
So it's up to you, either way you will be made to wait for the decision on the OFT case.
If you need any help with starting of your claim just ask, hope this helps Enaid xx

Hi Enaid,
Thanks for everything as you know my head is all over the place at the moment.
But I can't let this slip,as I have worked damn hard on this, and it will keep me busy.
Have also downloaded the N1 for court,so will decide in the next couple of days what I will do.
