    For those of you have, or even not heard about this case, the views on this thread could be most advatageous when persuing your own claim against Nat West.

    I believe it is 6 weeks for a judge to make a decision so how about moving the discussion onto to a what if Tom Brennan wins? What would be the implications for NatWest?
    They will appeal no doubt about that. What if they lost and failed in an appeal what are the implications for the bank as a whole?

      what I find interesting Nattie is that as far as I know Cobbett's standard defence is that the charges are fees for a service and not liquidated damages for breach of contract. However in Brennan's case (although we haven't seen the defence) he does allude to the fact that they are fighting this on the basis that it is a matter of breach of contract.
