Loan debt passed to we'd cot

About 5 years ago I took a loan with AA for around 10k I got into trouble repaying it at the agreed amount I ended up going with CCCs paying around 15 a month to the AA

recently I had some dd problems and the payments never got taken now I am getting letters from wescot demanding money be paid to them

what can u do ???

sorry I'm new to this so not sure what to do
