I know this is the same as others replies but everyone is asking the same questions - so I thought I would share my views!!

      Hiya.

Ive done a number of claims against Nationwide.

Not all mine - BTW - Just helping out family and friends etc etc.

Anyway, you are at the stage now where they usually settle. YEAY!

Check your account if it is still a live one as they have a knack of depositing the money straight there. Usually without telling you. The first you may hear of it is in their defence from the court stating that they have paid out.

In my case I had the Cheque the day before my Court Hearing - I still went to court though to get the Default and CCJ removed - they didnt show up and I won that as well!!

      Yeah - good times!!

Seems so long ago now though!

      Hope your follows Suit!

You need to write to them asap and tell them that you will not be informing the courts that this case is settled as the full amount, as detailed in your POC, has not yet been received.

Tell them you will only write to the court when the outstanding amount is remitted to your account and has cleared.
