Halifax Building Society Fraud on ISSA account

I am currently in dispute with the Halifax Building Society with regard to an ISSA saving account that was drawn on fraudulently prior to her death. Does anyone have any experience with the Halifax or Bank over a similar claim or have knowledge of there security and Line management procedures for this type of account. Also any other forums that I might be able to share my experiences with people who have gone though this process of trying to get them to admit to fraud and recouping the money. Thanks
