  • bit of help

    Hi

First off id like to say that from i've read of this forum so far, its extremely helpful and i'd be grateful for any help or advice you can offer.

lloyds recently turned off my overdraft, the account was my main account which my wages are paid into, i claimed the first right of appropriation and was able to get my wages backB

But... there always a but, they gave me £76 pound more than was in my account, i seen the money go through the counting machine as well

What should i do? keep quiet or tell them.
Is there any consequences for me keeping quiet.

    thanks in advance,
    Peter Spam

    Re: bit of help

    Hi and welcome to LB!

How did you get the money in question? Over the counter? or using a cashpoint machine? :confused2:

If they gave you extra money, it'll probably show up on your next statement as a withdrawal and, if there wasn't enough in the account, it would go as an unauthorized overdraft and you'll probably be charged for the privilege.

Have you checked your statements online?
