Hi everyone it me again who post about PPI claim of Blackhorse for me,.they stated in the letter that they claim 4,730 something but that money will not given to me coz it will go to insolvency and the case is now closed. Then today I received a letter saying that I owed them a overdue amount of 3,217.21pounds I don't reaaly understand why they are doin that, the fact that they already claim money and they had it. hope somebody help pls. Thanks.

On this thread http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/...336#post362336 you say this debt was included in your bankruptcy, if that was the case you wouldn't owe them anything, I'd just write back reminding them of the fact.
