    Hi Princess,

Its easy to say but think you should not think about till last exam out of the way, its only tomorrow after all. If you can give them a shout on Monday, and best of luck tomorrow (I'm sure luck isn't needed though).

    Cheers

                    Hi Lori

I've asked same question of Paul9803 & Amy.

I've no experience of the correct tactics re court as not there yet-but will be as deemed served on 7th June so need to understand more-

but I don't understand the bit in RED-isn't it to your advantage to file for judgement on the 29th day if no defence?

                    Thanks

It is my (limited) understanding that if you file for judgement by default, the bank will then file for a stay, delaying the case further, hence it is always preferable for the banks to enter a defence)
