  • How to complain

There's an excellent article in today's Sunday Times (Money Section) on how to complain about poor service from banks.

Not as comprehensive as LB but worth a read.

It would never be as comprehensive as LB. Unfortunately, due to their subscription requirement online I can't read the article so will have to stick to the versions we have here, lol!
