  • Land Registry question related to Mortgage situation

Please excuse me if I am on the wrong forum, this is my first day on the site I have a query regarding a document that was presented to me when I signed the mortgage. It was a three page document, with each page numbered as 1..2..3. I now find that a stamp from the Land Registry has been placed upon the rear of page 3, thus making it a 4 page document. This stamp is what makes this document very legal as it now is being used to take my home.
The query I have is as follows :

    a) Can this now be considered as being part of the 3 page document...... The Master in court is ruling that it is ! however they had a pronounced tendency to rule for the banks !

    b) since this stamp was attached after my signature was attached, basically changing the legality of the document, so that my signature now becomes null and void ?

Many thanks for any help given

The straws at which you are desperately clutching will not help you in the least.

What is the document? Was it also signed by witnesses? Does the word 'deed' appear on it?

Are you already involved in possession proceedings? Here's a link to some advice for people in Northern Ireland which is where you live according to your profile page. A bit more information would enable us to help you further:
